- The French star is unhappy under Jose Mourinho after moving to Old Trafford from Juve two years ago
- Juventus are also contending with Barcelona for the Frenchman’s signature ahead of Thursday’s transfer deadline
Serie A champions Juventus are reportedly offering Bosnia midfielder Miralem Pjanic and cash for Paul Pogba in a move to resign the France star midfielder from Old Trafford dwellers.
According to a UK Mirror report citing sources in Tuttosport, revealed that Juventus are joining the race for the Frenchman to make things easier for Manchester United by tabling star midfielder and a yet to be determined cash, in exchange for Pogba.
Interestingly, the Old Lady sold Pogba to Manchester United two seasons ago for £89m, but with the midfielder reportedly unhappy working under Portuguese boss Jose Mourinho, both Juventus and Barcelona are eager to seal a deal ahead of Thursday’s transfer deadline.
On the other hand, the two clubs still have until end of the August to sign Pogba, but Manchester United have until Thursday to find a decent replacement for the French World Cup star.
The report further noted that Mourinho's current grumbles at Old Trafford may suddenly turn into a complete meltdown should eggheads of the club allow his star midfielder to leave the English topflight.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously had reported that Manchester United French star Paul Pogba has told club’s chiefs he is keen to leave the Premier League side after reportedly agreeing a £350,000-a-week deal with Spanish giants Barcelona.
According to a UK Daily Mail report, the Frenchman has also informed club mates and backroom staff that he wants to quit the Old Trafford outfit two seasons after completing a then world record £89million switch from Juventus.
