- Sanchez spotted at his barber's shop after touching up on his hairstyle before Friday's EPL side
- He joined the Red Devils in the winter transfer window from Arsenal
- The 29-year-old missed out of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia after failing to qualify for the summer events
Manchester United superstar Alexis Sanchez is wearing a new look ahead of his side's Premier League kickoff against Leicester City at Old Trafford on Friday, August 10.
The former Barcelona and Arsenal forward was sighted coming out of his barber's shop to get his stylist touch-up to his already short hair on Thursday.
Sanchez, who missed out of the 2018 World Cup in Russia was said to be looking forward to the start of the new season when asked by journalists as he made it back to his car in a casual white t-shirt and shorts.
He is one of the early arrivals at the Red Devils preseason tour in the United States where they faced quality oppositions like AC Milan, Real Madrid and Liverpool.
However, in their final preparatory fixture against Bayern Munich, the German side narrowly edged them out by a lone goal.
The 29-year-old joined the Old Trafford outfit on £500,000-a-week deal from Arsenal in January 2018 but was not an instant success for the club in the second half of last season as they went trophiless.
Meanwhile, Dailymail reports that Sanchez had earlier urged the Red Devils to make big signings if they wanted to compete with their rivals this season.
"Manchester United have to go out with the intention of winning everything that's put before them.
"We're a big club. We've had a mixed pre-season and what we've got to start doing now is putting things right in training. At United we have to sign big players with experience.
"Barcelona just signed Arturo Vidal, who is a great player and my team-mate from Chile.
"He is an example of the type of players we need to sign in order to win trophies and compete at the highest level."
United failed in their pursuit of a new defender on deadline day, much to the frustration of manager Jose Mourinho. The club did manage summer deals for Fred, Lee Grant and Diogo Dalot though.
NAIJ.com previously reported that Manchester United superstar Paul Pogba took to social media to flaunt his new hairstyle with just about 24 hours to the start of the 2018-19 Premier League season.
The 25-year-old midfielder helped France win their second ever World Cup title in Russia after beating Croatia 4-2 in the final of the competition.
He has two golden stars at the back of his head to represent the two times the French team have won the title in history.
