The National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) has created an avenue for graduates to experience life in a place other than what is known as home to them among other things.
Serving corps members are posted to various states where they would spend the duration of three weeks in a camp before they are finally posted to their place of primary assignments where they would spend the rest of the service year.
the excited graduates are known to post updates of their exciting experience in camp on social media for their friends to see. A serving corps member simply identified as JajaPhD on Twitter posted about his interesting discovery in camp, NAIJ.com gathered.
During his stay in camp, he discovered a boy called Bobrisky who sold drinks at the Mami market. Upon inquiry as to why he is called Bobrisky by his peers, it was revealed that he was called that because he behaves like a woman. The young boy, however, did not seem bothered by the name.
The corps member then tweeted that he is glad Bobrisky has empowered a teenager.
As expected, his tweet generated a lot of reactions.
Bobrisky is a controversial personality in the Nigerian entertainment industry. He is a self-proclaimed Nigerian male Barbie. He is known to dress up as a female and he is also famous for his dancing skills as well as his Snapchat videos.
In other news, NAIJ.com reported the case of nine corps members who drowned in Taraba state while they went for picnic and sightseeing.
One of the survivors explained that there was a surge of water and it led to the drowning of the corps members before they could escape.
