Thomas Trace Beatie made headlines 11 years ago after he became the first man to get pregnant. However, the dad who gave birth to three kids considers to carry another one.
Trace recently admitted to wanting another child and expressed his determination of having another pregnancy. However, this time, he would have to go for a c-section since he underwent gender reconstructive surgery since giving birth to his third child.
Beatie and his second wife, Amber, recently expanded their family after trying for six years to have a baby, NAIJ.com learned.
Amber, 48, carried their son, whom they named Jackson Trace Beatie. According to the happy dad, his wife said if he wanted another daughter, he would have to carry the pregnancy.
Beatie added they have one frozen embryos related to the donor, and he and his wife both would be able to become pregnant.
However, he added it was a difficult decision for them to make and he does not want to tear anything unnecessarily.
Beatie, a transgender man, successfully gave birth to three children after becoming pregnant via artificial insemination, Daily Sun reported.
He has since gone on to become a motivational speaker and advocate for transgender fertility and reproductive rights.
