- Maurizio Sarri says Eden Hazard will not play 90 minutes against Newcastle
- He also stated clearly that the Belgian star will not be sold to Real Madrid in January
- Chelsea have won their first two games this season in the Premier League
Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has made it clear that Belgium international Eden Hazard will not play 90 minutes in their next Premier League match against Newcastle.
Eden Hazard has not started a game for Chelsea this season in the Blues' wins over Huddersfield Town and Arsenal, but Sarri wants to start him against Newcastle on Sunday.
Hazard is also a target for Real Madrid but Maurizio Sarri reckons his star men will stay at Stamford Bridge for the rest of the season.
"I am the coach of a very good team, a very great club. I think it's such an important player I cannot sell without the possibility to buy another player at the same level.
"So I think Eden will stay with us for the whole season. Hazard can play) 50 or 60 minutes on Sunday.
"I am happy that he wants to play but I have to think for everybody,'' Maurizio Sarri explained according to UK Sun.
Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Real Madrid are reportedly preparing a £150m bid to sign Belgium forward Eden Hazard from Chelsea this summer as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.
Since the Portugal international left Real Madrid for Juventus, Los Blancos' chiefs have been looking for a replacement for the former Manchester United star.
