Manchester United star Alexis Sanchez has recovered from an injury and the Chile international is now expected to play for the Red Devils on Monday night, August 27.
The former Arsenal forward attended Manchester United's pre match meeting at the Lowry hotel on Sunday and he is now expected to start from the left against Spurs.
After missing United's defeat at Brighton, Sanchez came through a late fitness test during training on Sunday and the United fitness coaches were happy with his progress.
"Sanchez came through the Sunday training session with no problems.
"It was shocking conditions too at Carrington but he looked good and lively and was in the team shape on the left.
"He had another check over this morning but everything looks fine and he is all set to return to the team,'' An Old Trafford source said according to UK Sun.
Meanwhile, Manchester United are currently occupying ninth position on the Premier League standings after two games, while Tottenham occupy sixth position on the log.
