France pair of Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial will reportedly welcome former Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane as Jose Mourinho’s replacement at the Old Trafford.

According to a UK Express report, citing sources at the Daily Telegraph, the possibility of Zidane taking over the managerial duties at Manchester United is exciting the French duo.

Already, the former Chelsea and Real Madrid boss Mourinho is expected to get the axe if the Old Trafford dwellers continue to play second fiddle to the likes of rivals Manchester City and Liverpool.

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously had reported that Manchester United star Alexis Sanchez has recovered from an injury and the Chile international is now expected to play for the Red Devils on Monday night, August 27.

The former Arsenal forward attended Manchester United's pre match meeting at the Lowry hotel on Sunday and he is now expected to start from the left against Spurs.

After missing United's defeat at Brighton, Sanchez came through a late fitness test during training on Sunday and the United fitness coaches were happy with his progress.
