“I have been in Southeast in last few days and I want to say that the state of infrastructure in this region is incredible. It is either that the government lacks the capacity to improve the economy or something. Electricity is important in this country. The people need a government that will be just and provide jobs for teeming young Nigerians.

"The issue of restructuring has been in the front burner. Even in the national conference, I listened and I participated. Everybody has his own version of restructuring. Many want devolution of powers, resource control and many other things. But what I want to assure you is that we will listen to Nigerians.I am on the same page with the Igbo on restructuring. We will do the necessary things to better Nigeria.”
