Ladies jailed for laughing while burning schoolgirl to death for dating their ex

- Two South African ladies have been sentenced to 18 and 14 years imprisonments for the murder of a school girl

- According to court reports, they burnt the 19-year-old girl for dating one of their ex-boyfriends

- They burnt her while recording a video of the victim screaming as they laughed

Identified as Gugulethu Thwala and Koketso Moyo, they two ladies have been sentenced to jail jail for the murder of a school girl identified as Boitumelo Dlamini. According to reports, they burnt her alive for dating one of their ex-boyfriend, Tokelo Makhelepho.

Gugulethu and Koketso in the company of two others who are yet to know their fate, abducted and burnt Dlamini to death while recording a video of her screaming as they laughed.

The two ladies who appeared rather solemn during their court session, were sentenced to 18 and 14 years respectively for the murder and both got an additional 5 years for kidnapping.

Mosopi, Koketso Moyo, Gugulethu “Sharon” Thwala, and Victor Pilane had been charged with kidnapping and murdering Boitumelo Dlamini.

The four allegedly kidnapped Dlamini at Eletsa High School in Letlhabile near Brits on June 18, 2015, after Mosopi accused her of dating her boyfriend. Dlamini was allegedly doused with petrol and set ablaze.
