Lagos state government has disclosed that it is set to recruit 2,200 teachers into government-owned primary and secondary schools across the 20 local governments and 37 local council development areas in the state.
NAIJ.com gathers that this was disclosed on the official Twitter page of the state government @followlasg, on Wednesday, August 29.
Among those to be recruited, 1000 will go to primary schools, while 1,200 will go to secondary schools.
The government from Friday, August 31, to Thursday, September 6, 2018.
The state government advised job applicants to visit its recruitment website, http://jobs.lagosstate.gov.ng, from 12 am, Friday, 31st August, to 12 midnight, Thursday, 6th September, 2018.

Recall that the Lagos state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, on Friday, August 3, approved the recruitment of additional 1200 teachers for the junior and senior secondary schools in the state.
The 1200 teachers was an addition to the 1000 teachers which the governor had approved for recruitment into primary schools.
