The news of how a member of Linda Ikeji’s staff named Theo Ukpaa assaulted a lady when she was underage has spread around like wild fire.
Many people upon hearing the information about the guy’s actions have kept their fingers crossed even as they wait to see the reaction of the popular blogger to the action of the man.
Well, Linda has finally taken action by firing the man who was held responsible for defiling a teenager.
Theo, who was the Head of Programmmes at Linda Ikeji TV has been relieved of his job by the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Linda made this information very clear in a statement she released with regards to the controversy surrounding her former worker. This she did on her website after she read what she termed the heartwarming story of Emilia Samuel:
"I personally wanted to let everyone know that Theo Ukpaa, who was Head of Programmes at Linda Ikeji TV is no longer a staff of the company. His job with my company was terminated on Monday August 27th just a day after I read the heartbreaking story of Emilia Samuel.
The general public is therefore advised not to transact any business with him in the name of Linda Ikeji TV as anyone who does it, does so at his/her own risk.
Emilia Samuel was the woman that let the cat of the assault out of the bag. Not only did she accuse Theo of forcefully having his way with her more than once, she also insinuated that he was doing just the same to other girls both outside and within the company.
Now, Emilia is a TV presenter, a model and a married woman with two kids. But the hurt from the past must have driven her to tell her story.
