The deaths of several youths have been reported across the states, some die after brief illnesses, some kill themselves while others unfortunately gets involved in an accident.
Campuslife has just reported the death of a national diploma (ND) II student, Samson Achille. The young man died after a brief illness on his birthday. Late Achille was a student of the department of science laboratory technology of the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) in Effurun, Delta state.
It was further revealed that the deceased got sick before his birthday and was immediately admitted in the hospital. His condition reportedly got worse and was declared dead days after.
One of his close friends Seun Paul disclosed that the deceased was full of life days before his birthday as he also helped organised the PTI chapter of Arewa students’union cultural day. He was also said to be the assistant general secretary.
Paul said: “Samson was my best friend. His death is so painful. He was humble, nice, jovial and easygoing. He usually smiled to everyone he met, and this is one thing I envy about him.”
However, some of his classmates have gone to visit Achille’s parents on the irreplacable loss of her loving son.
One of his classmates Hammed also disclosed that: “I am still in shock, because I still had a telephone conversation with him on Tuesday when he was going home. I didn’t know that would be the last discussion I would have with him. We have visited his parents.”
The reigning beauty queen of Arewa students’ union Hadiza, further disclosed that she doesn’t know how to describe late Achille as he was too gentle and easygoing.
NAIJ.com earlier reported that a beautiful young lady identified as Obuwe Tega died some days after her birthday. According to some of her friends, Tega died after complaining of strange movements in her body.
