Spanish League champions Barcelona have reportedly joined the chase to sign Chelsea target Harvey Elliott during the winter transfer window.
The Fulham teenager sensation attracted the attention of European top clubs following his impressive performance with the England U15 team in Italy earlier this year.
He is yet to clock 16 years and he has already been called up by coach Slavis Jokanovic to train with the first-team with most of the senior players on international break.
However, the 15-year-old will not be able to sign a professional contract until about two years from now.
He also cannot discuss anything scholarship deal until next January, as Evening Standard reported that Borussia Dortmund and Manchester City are hoping to lure him away from the Craven Cottage.
According to TalkSport, Eliott stunned Barca officials when he shone for England Under-15s at a tournament in Italy earlier this year.
However, the Cottagers will be hoping the success of Ryan Sessegnon can persuade Elliott to stay.
Sessegnon played a huge role in helping Fulham win promotion to the Premier League last season and was linked with moves to the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United.
But the 18-year-old remains at Fulham and is closing in on 100 senior appearances for the club.
NAIJ.com previously reported that Arsenal defender Calum Chambers joined Premier League returnees Fulham on a season-long loan.
The Gunners announced the deal on their Twitter handle after giving the 23-year-old contract extension last month.
He has made 82 appearances for the north Londoners since he joined them from Southampton in summer 2014.
Interestingly, Chambers also enjoyed a similar season-long switch at Middlesbrough in 2016/17, making a total of 24 Premier League appearances.
