- Real Madrid will battle two Premier clubs for Piotr Zielinski's signature
- Manchester City and Liverpool have been linked to the attacking midfielder
- The Poland international has been in good scoring form this new season
Real Madrid have joined the race with Manchester City and Liverpool for Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski's.
The Poland international has been a long-term target of Jurgen Klopp but their efforts to bring him to Anfield hit the rocks when he signed a new deal with the Serie A side.
Even after signing a new deal, Napoli are still desperate to hold onto their midfielder but a mouth-watering offer that cannot be resisted has to be made for the 24-year-old.
Zielinski was on target twice for Napoli in their comeback win against AC Milan and he netted seven times last season under former manager Maurizio Sarri.
He joined the Serie A club since 2016 and it is believed there is a release clause worth £100m in place to keep him in Italy.
During the international break, Zielinski captained and scored in Poland's UEFA Nations League match against Italy.
City and Liverpool have bolstered their squads this summer and are looking to win the Premier League as well as an European title this term.
Reds manager Klopp have already spent big this season landing Fabinho, Keita, Alisson and Shaqiri
While Pep Guardiola on the other hand, could well bolster his squad in the January transfer window.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com had earlier reported that English champions Manchester City are battling to keep youngster Brahim Diaz with Real Madrid ready to snap the youngster.
The 19-year-old is highly-rated and with just a year left on his current deal at the Etihad, a host of clubs are on red alert.
