- Paris Saint Germain want to sign former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane
- He currently has no job after quitting his position as head coach of the Los Blancos
- Man United also want to sign the Frenchman as a replacement for Jose Mourinho
French League giants Paris Saint Germain are reportedly planning to beat Manchester United to the signature of former Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane.
The Frenchman won the heart of many after winning three consecutive Champions League titles for Los Blancos in less than three season in charge of the club.
He quits his position at the Santiago Bernabeu as the head coach with little or nothing else to prove at the club having won the La Liga and Copa Del Rey titles also.
Zidane recently revealed that he will return to management soon amid talk of contact to replace Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford.
However, the Ligue 1 side will be hoping they can persuade the 1998 World Cup winning star to hold off until next year before commiting to any club.
Tribal Football quoting Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, while speaking on El Chiringuito de Jugones, revealed that: "PSG spoke with him this summer.
"They probed and told him that if the bet on (Thomas) Tuchel does not work and they do not reach the Champions League semi-finals, they would like to have him.
"If they can, they will throw everything at Zidane for next season."
Earlier this week, Zidane revealed that he will return to managing a club soon, after being quoted he has listed four players he will sign if hired by Man United: "Soon I will be training again."
NAIJ.com earlier reported that Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane announced his resignation from the head coach of Los Blancos.
The Frenchman led the Galacticos to their third straight Champions League triumph after beating Liverpool 3-1 in Kiev on Saturday, May 26.
He joined the Santiago Bernabeu outfit in the winter of 2016 after taking over from Rafael Benitez after working with the club's Castilla side.
