Hajia Salamatu Bawa, the national leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC), has expressed satisfaction with the Buhari-led federal government, adding that it's only Buhari that can guarantee youths involvement in government if re-elected.
NAIJ.com gathers that Salamatu while addressing a number of youths who paid her a condolence visit upon the death of her mother in Kogi state, enjoyed the them to cast their votes for Buhari in the 2019 presidential election. She said they are stakeholders in the polity of the country.
She said: "Buhari is strong, virile and democratic. He will help nurture accountability, transparency and productivity that will make Nigeria a better place for all and to further protect and promote the integrity of our country among comity of nations."
She also added that it is only the Buhari government that can provide high enabling and youth-friendly environment for youths political participation, and allow them showcase their various skills towards the promotion of the socio-political interest of the country.

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that the Progressive Youth Caucus (PYC), a coalition of youth groups in the APC, called on President Buhari to act fast in ending the killings in the country, in order to salvage the image of the nation.
In a message signed by its chairman, Bamidele Olagoke, the PYC urged the president to immediately conduct a review of the security apparatus and architecture in the country, and do away with all non-performing service chiefs and heads of security organization to help bring back Nigeria’s positive perception among the international community.
