- Nigeria played three games at the Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup as they were knocked out of the group stage

The 2018 World Cup kit used by the Super Eagles of Nigeria has been shortlisted among the 87 nominees for the Beazley Designs of the Year 2018.

Beazley Designs award of the year started 12 years ago and it is an annual event that is being done by London's Design Museum.

Super Eagles kit for the 2018 World Cup in Russia was made by NIKE and it was launched in London in which the sales of the product was amazing.

Football lovers had to queue for hours on the street of London to buy the Super Eagles jersey the day NIKE launched it in England.

Unfortunately, the Super Eagles of Nigeria only used the kit for one of its three games in Russia against Iceland as they preferred the darker green kit in the game against Croatia and Argentina, as they were bundled out of the championship in the Group stage.

Rihanna's Fenty Beauty and the world's first plastic-free shopping aisle are among the nominees for the 2018 Beazley award.
