Manchester United defender Luke Shaw will play no role for the Premier league giants when they trade tackles with Watford at Vicarage Road on Saturday.
According to a UK Sun report, the England star, who was stretchered off after suffering a head injury during England’s tie with Spain and treated for concussion, will play no part in this weekend game, but could return to action for the Red Devils in their Champions League game in Berne.
Interestingly, the Three Lions ace showed how fast he is raring to go by driving himself to and from United’s training session on Wednesday.
However, Shaw will be expected to undergo further testing with the club’s doctor, to fully ascertain his level of fitness before returning for a competitive game.
Manchester United will travel to Switzerland on Tuesday to face BSC Young Boys in their Champions’ League group contest on Wednesday.
The England international has been one of the outstanding players in the Jose Mourinho tutored-side this campaign since securing a starting spot in the Red Devils XI.
At the last count, Shaw has started all United four Premier League fixtures this term, scoring his first goal for the Old Trafford dwellers in their first win of the campaign against Leicester City.
The Red Devils battle a Hornets side that boast of a hundred percent record after winning all four fixtures so far.

According to a UK Mirror report, Shaw has returned to Old Trafford, where he will be further assessed by the club’s medical staff.
The report noted that the left-back will not be in contention for the Red Devils away trip to Vicarage Road where they face Watford on Saturday, as well as their Champions League opener against Swiss side, Young Boys a week on Tuesday.
