- Local boxer Emmanuel Tagoe discovers he is not the father of his supposed son
- It was revealed through DNA the Ghanaian boxer was not the biological father
- Tagoe has been fathering the child for the past 14 years after suspecting foul play
Popular Ghanaian boxer, Emmanuel Tagoe, has discovered that his fourteen-year-old child is not his.
In a Facebook post by popular sports journalist, Saddick Adams SportsObama, the boxer had been fathering the child for the past 14 years only for a DNA test to reveal that he was not the child's biological father.
According to the information available, Tagoe suspected his baby mama of blackmail, extortion, and conspiracy with her family to "milk him dry"
The baby mama, according to Tagoe, was making huge demands of him including taking the son to the school attended by Asamoah Gyan's children even though she was aware he could not afford.
He then suspected that there must be something fishy about the whole thing, and decided to go in for the DNA test to know if the child is indeed his, but the test proved negative.
In another similar case involving Odartey Lamptey, DNA tests proved that all three children by his ex-wife Gloria Appiah, were not his, leading him in an attempt to take his own life.
The legendary footballer now has three children of his own with another woman whom he engaged after divorcing Gloria Appiah.
