Centre-back Michael Keane and forward Jesse Lingard are poised to join Leicester on temporary deals.
They will join fellow United players Ritchie De Laet and Matty James, who made the move to the King Power Stadium over the summer.
Meanwhile, Robbie Brady is in line to rejoin Hull after the winger spent last season with the Tigers.
The Republic of Ireland international will play alongside Ben Amos, with the Reds goalkeeper also enjoying a spell under Steve Bruce's tutelage.
All three players were left out of Manchester United U21s' 1-1 draw with Stoke on Monday night.
