Fellow Nigerians, our Wonderful Readers, Brothers and Sisters!
Let us not deny that 2012 has been a rough year. Boko Haram attacks, tribal clashes, floods, fires, armed robberies, fatal vehicles accidents, ups and downs of economy; many our families have been affected by crimes, many were - and still are - suffering overwhelming grief having lost the closest and most loved ones.
Let us not forget those who are no longer with us and let them live in our memories.
Let us not surrender to misfortune and decadence, for we are strong and optimistic nation.
In a couple of hours, the year 2012 is coming to an end; let’s leave everything bad, unresolved and negative in the past.
Let’s direct our eyes forward with hopes for the better!
Every cloud has a silver lining: for everything bad, there is good; for every failure, a step forward; for every offence, a genuine smile.
May the upcoming year be peaceful and joyful for every single one of you.
May your New Year’s resolutions become actions which eventually lead to achieving your goal :)
May your celebration be full of laughter, your favourite people and your favourite food!
With love, yours sincerely,
